Probably not a complete fake, but certainly not an investment vehicle for retail investors ..
ReplyDeleteThey buy land (they say) and the money that costs big ... Done a lot about it? If this land is developed, do not you think that the seller and know they want a good price for land. I think the expected return is very optomistic. Remember, the earth in its present state, not income, so that their money would tie into the distant future, until someone had the lowest, which can buy, its development fund.
